This plug and play setup comes with PrimeLab software preinstalled, and a network provisioning license. Connecting to the network is quick and automated. Turn on the computer, connect it to the internet, add an account, and start the provisioning software. The provisioning software connects the computer to the PrimeLab network and confirms its capabilities, so it can start being assigned to participate in virtual machines and minting W3B coins in proportion to the number of user actions it executes for the ecosystem.
Hence, validators with more memory, faster read/writes, higher passmark scores, and higher usage will mint coins at an accelerated rate when chosen. While minting rates fluctuate, the Validator Yield Calculator is a great tool to estimate potential returns.
As the Hot Storage validator receives, processes, and returns fully encrypted end-to-end requests, it starts building a reputation on the network as a reliable actor. Validators with good reputation are randomly selected to run administration activities that secure the network. Because everything is encrypted, validators don’t know who they’re serving or what actions their compute cycles are performing, therefore, further protecting the network.
Validators who join the network register with the validators around them based on their location, and will need to rejoin the network if they’re moved. Please review the FAQ prior to ordering.
